FasterUp.AI — Privacy Policy

FasterUp AI Autonomous Platform ("FasterUp", "the platform") is a managed cybersecurity service — SOC and Vulnerability Assessment — for businesses and public institutions. We operate as a data processor on behalf of our client organizations ("the customer"), under a written services agreement and in line with the EU GDPR.

Our principles

• We process the minimum data necessary to detect and respond to cyber threats.
• We do not sell, rent or share customer data with advertisers or third parties.
• Sensors deployed on the customer network capture network metadata and security telemetry, not the content of employees' personal communications.
• Threat intelligence and detection logic stay private; only the data needed to operate the service is processed.

What the platform processes

• Network telemetry: connection metadata, protocol events and security signals observed by the sensors (e.g. source/destination addresses, ports, alert signatures) used to detect intrusions and anomalies.
• Security events & logs forwarded to the SIEM for correlation, incident response and reporting.
• Vulnerability Assessment results: discovered assets, exposed services and known vulnerabilities of systems within the agreed scope.
• Operational contact details of the customer's designated team, for alerting via email and Telegram.

How data flows

Sensors at the customer premises connect to our SOC over an encrypted private VPN. Only the metadata required for detection and correlation is transmitted. Data is processed within our infrastructure and at the network edge (Cloudflare) to operate the service.

Retention

Security events, alerts and assessment reports are retained for the period defined in the services agreement (and as required for incident response, audit and legal obligations), then deleted or anonymized. Customers may request export or deletion of their data, subject to legal retention duties.

Your rights (GDPR)

Data subjects may exercise their GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection) through the customer organization acting as data controller. We support our customers in responding to such requests.

Sub-processors

We use a limited set of infrastructure providers (including Cloudflare for edge delivery and a European hosting provider for the VPN relay) strictly to operate the service. They are bound by appropriate data-processing terms.

Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date will change accordingly.
